This option is available to customers who have the SBI YONO mobile banking app login credentials and have it activated.

Step 1: Log in to the SBI Yono app

Step 2: In the main menu, click on “Service request”

Step 3: Click on the “Checks” box in the options and click on “Stop Check”

Step 4: Select “Single Check” or “Multiple Checks” as needed

Step 5: Select account number, check type, select reason from drop-down menu

Step 6: Click “Next”

Then, for verification, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number., You need to enter this OTP and the bank will process your request to stop payment by SBI check.
