Step 2: In the main menu, click on “Service request”

Step 3: Click on the “Checks” box in the options and click on “Stop Check”

Step 4: Select “Single Check” or “Multiple Checks” as needed

Step 5: Select account number, check type, select reason from drop-down menu

Step 6: Click “Next”
